Hi, my name is Chandra Dahal; I am the co-coordinator of the Nelson Newcomers Network. I came to New Zealand a year ago from Nepal. I joined the Newcomers Network soon after arriving in Nelson in February 2010. I met some really kind and friendly people who make me feel at home. I feel warm and welcome when somebody say hello on the street. Social circle with kiwis helped me to feel more settled in my new country. I am married with 3 children, we love living in Nelson. Green mountains and hills are the reflection of my home country Bhutan. I welcome you to join our newcomers group; we would love to meet you!
