Greymouth/Reefton Newcomers Network

The Grey District stretches from the Punakaiki River in the north, to the Taramakau River in the south & is bordered in the east by the spectacular backdrop of the Southern Alps. The district is rich in both history & character.

The Greymouth & Reefton Newcomers groups meet regularly & have a variety of events for you to attend. We would love you to join us, come along & make some new friends!

Cordinator - Birte Becker

Haere Mai.

We're here to make you welcome.

We appreciate that new people bring new skills, experience and attitudes that can positively impact on our education, workplaces and our community.

We are working with individuals, employers and community organisations to provide excellent settlement support, and to help reward, recognise, train and retain new people and ensure they have an unforgettable West Coast experience.

We provide introductions, referrals, resources, information, training and development opportunities and host a regular programme of social events, dinners and activities.

Be a friendly face, come along, get involved, welcome new comers.
