Our Coordinator: Margriet Theron
I am Margriet Theron of the Rotorua Multicultural Council and I am the coordinator of the Rotorua Newcomers Network. I have retired after a career in science policy and forestry education. I have lived in Rotorua since 1978 and I am passionate about working with migrants and newcomers. I am is also a Trustee of Speech NZ and an Ambassador of the Geyser Community Foundation. I also teach a 12-week Professional Speaking for Migrants course every year.
