Our Coordinator: Katy

Kia ora and welcome,

My name is Katy Houstoun and I am the Timaru Newcomers Network Co-ordinator.

Having spent over 10 years travelling and living in different countries I have an understanding of some of the issues people who are new to an area can encounter.

That is why I am really glad that through my role I am having the opportunity to now assist newcomers to settle in this region, helping them to make friends, having fun together and to gradually help them feel they are valued members of our community.

Join us; we would love to meet you!

Please email me so that I can let you know where and when our next gathering will be or you may even like to suggest an activity.
